It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sergio Rivera Gomez of Jacksonville, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Juan Carlos Rivera Gomez and Beatriz Gomez Perez; his brother Carlos Rivera; his grandparents, Sergio Gomez, Maria Teresa Perez, Irene Gomez and Sebastian Rivera; and his godparents, Dominga Vega, Celestino Rivera, Jorge Gomez, Angelica Bocanegra and Aron Vega. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
