He was predeceased by: his son Christopher. He is survived by: his grandson Stephen Stewart (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Tobin and Kirsten; his wife Charlotte Bertram (Wheeler, family: Daniel, Kim Wheeler, Andrew Wheeler, Nathan, Brandy Wheeler, Rebekah, Byron Robertson); and his siblings, Bobbi, Joe Wise, Dick, Kathy Bertram, Betty and Scott Campbell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
