He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Mary Randolph; his parents, James E Randolph and Vida Lile; and his children, Beverly Brown (Bobby), Cassie Taylor, Corky Randolph, Jeremy Randolph (Trisha) and Victor Russell (Missy).
