He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Fojtik and Della Fojtik; and his brother Harry Fojtik. He is survived by: his wife Joann Fojtik (Vrana); his children, Mike Fojtik and Gene Fojtik (Deanna Fojtik); his grandchildren, Stephanie Zimmerhanzel (Keith Zimmerhanzel), Christina Mazoch (Colton Mazoch) and Katriana Fojtik; his great grandchildren, James Zimmerhanzel, Jacob Zimmerhanzel and Colt Mazoch; and his siblings, Evelyn Garza (John Garza) and Rudy Fojtik.
