He is survived by : his wife Christene Morris Ellis of Jasper; his daughters, Sheila Roy (Kenneth) of Fairmont, Kathy Lehne (James Kyle) of Houston and Teresa Stockdale (Richard) of Fairmont; his siblings, Sam H. Ellis (Dorothy) of Brookeland, Annie Merle Roebuck of Brookeland and Norma M. Sisney of Porter; his grandchildren, Amber Hutcheson (Allen), Maci Roy, Tonya Roy, Angela Roy Bellows (Darell), Kash Lehne, Kelsy Lehne, Karly Cady (Charles) and Jeremy Stockdale; and his great grandchildren, Ellis Allen Hutcheson, Milam Charles Hutcheson, Ryan Bellows, Michael Bellows, Grace Bellows and Colton Godlonton.
