She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis F. Bolton and Gracie Mummey Bolton; her husband A. V. "Red" Adams, Sr.; her daughter Amanda Barnhill; and her grandchildren, Melinda Adams and Robert Allen Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Parker (Robert Schellin) of Montana, Linda Masterson (Rick) of Illinois, Penny Gorden (Bill) of Nacogdoches, Lavona Fields of Tennessee and Albert Adams, Jr. (Rebecca) of Jasper, Texas; and her brother Douglas "Buddy" Chamberlain. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
