She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Judkins and Patricia Ann McLeroy; her husband Mark Cornell; her son Ty Jason; and her grandmother Maudie Bea Castleberry.

She is survived by: her siblings, Teresa Barthol of Jasper, Cassie Charlene Culver (Steve) of Pittsburg and James Carroll McLeroy (Jennifer) of Pittsburg; and her nieces and nephews, Amber Barthol, Chrissy Gambrell, Crystal Andrews, Ashley Pena, Hayden McLeroy, Katelyn McLeroy and Hunter McLeroy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that house plants be sent that the family can keep to serve as a remembrance of Lisa's life.
