She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Warner and Willie Crocker Warner; her husband Sidney Jack Martindale, Sr.; her son Sidney Jack, Jr.; her children-in-law, Myrtis Gibson Martindale and Robert Powell; and her grandson Sidney Jack Martindale, III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurette Martindale Powell of Jasper, Suzanne Martindale Hill (Ray) of Buna and Janet Martindale Duhon (Steve) of Jasper, Texas. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
