It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Fontenot of Jasper, Texas, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. W. "Doc" Jarrell, Jr. and Barbara Scott Jarrell; and her sister Sally Jarrell Baker. She is survived by: her husband Michael Dane Fontenot; her children, Michelle Fontenot Lestage, Jeremy Dane Fontenot and Sarah Elizabeth Fontenot Taylor; and her grandchildren, Ainsley, Elise, Olivia, Laine, Laila and Kade.
