She was predeceased by : her parents, William Harmon and Rita Mae Harmon. She is survived by : her husband Dan Purkey of Jasper, Texas; and her children, Daniel Purkey of Sulphur, LA, Trinda Purkey of Kalamazoo, MI, Cynthia Purkey of Jasper and Paula Purkey of Jasper, Texas. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
