With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Joseph DeRorre of Jasper, Texas, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph DeRorre and Loreane DeRorre; and his sisters, Carol Barton and Lynn Laschiazza. He is survived by : his wife Mary E. DeRorre of Jasper, Texas; his daughters, Chantelle Hamilton (John) of Huntington and Kristen Nikodem of Jasper, Texas; his grandchildren, Emily Hollandsworth (Bryant), Erin Hamilton, Ella Hamilton and Olivia Hornsby; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Laschiazza (Sarah), Mike Barton, Rob Barton, Sue Hinders (Mike) and Patti Liss (Brad).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stringer and Griffin Funeral Home (2577 N Wheeler St, Jasper, TX 75951). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Old Magnolia Cemetery.
