Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his children, Joy I. Stoltenburg of Burkeville, Kemberly R. Owens of Elgin, Karen H. Leon of Las Cruces, Ron L. Owens of Coos Bay, Timothy A. Owens of Jacksonville, Thomas W. Owens, Jr. of Richland and David R. Owens of Mc Minnville. He is also survived by eleven Grandchildren, twenty Great-Grandchildren and numerous Great-Great Grandchildren.
