He was predeceased by: his father Walter Jackson Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Ruth Kelley of Pineland, Texas; his wife Linda Wilson Kelley of Jasper, Texas; his children, Troy Eugene Kelley (Kara) of Oregon and Stacie Kelley Luttrell (Mike) of Willis, Texas; his sisters, Nellie Mills of Willis and Linda Stout of Hemphill, Texas; his aunt Sally Hopson of Zavalla, Texas; and his grandchildren, Allen, Madisyn Luttrell, Austin Luttrell, Ashton Luttrell and Keagan Kelley. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
