He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Hamilton Sr. and Eunice Hamilton (Ward). He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hamilton (LaDonyce) of Coldspring, Texas, Bobby Hamilton (Carolyn) of Carrollton, Texas and Randy Hamilton (Shanna) of Amarillo, Texas.; his siblings, Oran Hamilton, Lou Polk and Betty Smith; and his wife Katherine Hamilton (Burrow). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (110 Travis St, Jayton, TX 79528). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at the Jayton Cemetery.
