It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Alexander Smith of Jayton, Texas, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Smith and Bertie Smith (Stanaland); his son Thomas Rayford Smith; and his grandson Ty Gregory. He is survived by : his wife Margaruet Jolene Smith; his daughters, Tresa (Delwin Gregory) of Sweetwater and Deborah (Ed Townsend) of Amarillo; and his sister Imarie Meador. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
