She was predeceased by: her husband Wilford "Sonny" Arthur; and her parents, Henry Oscar and Georgia Athie Mae Parker (Phillips). She is survived by: her children, Charles Arthur and Carla Chisum (Ray); her grandchildren, Clinton Chisum, Bailey Chisum (Mary Kate) and Shanna Emfinger (Ransom); and her great grandchildren, Ivy, Kent, Jon Chisum, Paisley Windham, Piper and Brazos Emfinger.
