He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alford Guffey and Sandra Jean Phillips Guffey; and his pet Jack. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Guffey; his children, Jonathan Guffey (Taylor), Kayla Holt (Jacob) and Aaron Guffey; his sister Salina Raymundo (Adeelmo); and his grandchildren, Ember Guffey, Corbin, Lincoln and Forrest Holt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and other family and friends.
