She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newton Carwile and Ada B. Hicks Carwile; her husband R. J. Keith, Jr.; and her sisters, Louise Lummus and Pansy Parpart.

She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Keith of Jefferson, Randy Keith of Jefferson and Kyle Keith (Pam) of Longview; her grandchildren, Joshua Keith (Kayce), Courtney Keith Hallonquist (Justin) and Kade Keith (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Kennedi Keith, Quinn Keith, Grey Keith, Jon Cutter Hallonquist and Jaci Hallonquist; and her sister-in-law Mary Keith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Prospect Baptist Church (5841 US-59, Jefferson, TX 75657). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at the same location.
