He is survived by: his sisters, Lillie Tyson of Dallas, Texas., Mary Elliot (Marvin) of Dallas, Texas., Irma Waller of Dallas, Texas. and Evelyn Fegan (Willie) of Dallas, Texas.; his wife Stella Luster; and his children, Joe Earls Luster, Jr. (Jennifer), Demarcus James Luster, Tramekia Luster (Roderick) of Jefferson and Regina Luster (Wood) of Jefferson.
