He is survived by: his wife Brenda Duncan; his sons, William Taylor Duncan, Jr. (Kathy), James Douglas Duncan (Tammy) and Jason Fleming; his siblings, Jimmy Duncan, Dennis Joe Duncan and Patsy Brown; and his grandchildren, Cody, Erin, Kassidy, Dylan, Summer, Marshall, Anna and Jackson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and nine honorary grandchildren.
