He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles Marlon Hutto, James Vernon Hutto and Johnny Curtis Hutto. He is survived by: his wife Joy Rae Hutto (Lay); his children, Charles Edward Hutto (Kim) of Humble Texas and Cherie Rae Erickson (Robert) of Baytown, Texas; his stepdaughter Mary Virginia Thornton of Round Rock, Texas; his grandsons, Austin Charles Hutto of Humble and Patrick Sullivan of Houston, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Lou Ann Matlock (Lay) of The Woodlands and Frances Faye Hutto (Van Cleave) of Ft Carson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Chapel (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Ramah Cemetery (291 Co Rd 4475, Tenaha, TX 75974).
