It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eric Rodger Pianka of Johnson City, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Pianka and Virginia (High); his daughter Karen Pianka; and his siblings, Michael Pianka, Jeannine Shepard and Nicholas Pianka.

He is survived by : his daughters, Helen Dunlap and Gretchen Pianka. He is also survived by three grand-children.
