He is survived by: his wife Vennette; his children, Rachel Ham (David), Brandy Carbaugh (William Fergason) and Paul New (Deann); his grandchildren, Kolby Carbaugh and Korbin Carbaugh (Marissa); his great grandchild Kelly; his grandchildren, Johnathon Meadors, Jace New, Marcus, Bryan, Savannah, Meigan, Mabry and Macie; his sister Becky; and his sister-in-law Juanet Copelend. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mountain Valley Funeral Home (3407 SW Wilshire Blvd, Joshua, TX 76058). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethesda Cemetery (100 W Bethesda Rd, Burleson, TX 76028). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Burleson Recreation Center (550 NW Summercrest Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028).
