She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Collingsworth and Jimmie Collingsworth. She is survived by : her husband Steve Willmoth; her children, Molly Austin (Casey Austin), Anna Willmoth and Seth Willmoth (Tamara Willmoth); her siblings, Kelly Collingsworth and Jenny Keele (Kris Keele); her grandchildren, Wyatt, Kennedy, Kash, Lucy, Finley, Ruby Kate, Layken and Truett; her brother-in-law Scott Willmoth; her niece Jessica; and her nephews, Chad, Collin and Corbin.
