It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Wheat (Joshua, Texas), who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Wheat; her parents, Willie Kocurek and Della Kocurek; and her siblings, William, Marvin, Jane Hill and Joyce Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Conway Wheat (Connie) and Janet Payne (Hoby); her sister Alice Kocurek; and her brother-in-law Jon Brooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
