He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collins and Mary Collins; and his brother Danny Joe. He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins of Jourdanton; his children, Gary Collins (Jamalyn) of Poteet, Tina Diamond (Chris) of San Antonio and Richard Mascorro of Jourdanton; his grandchildren, Canyon Collins, Kristen Millican, Courtney Edgar, Alina, Jade, Sean Diamond, Cassidy, Candice and Carlee Mascorro; his sisters, Elizabeth Johnson (Johnny) of Pleasanton and Scheran Everett (Kenny) of Jourdanton; and his brothers-in-law, Perry Nelms (Sandy) and Calvin Nelms (Tracy). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces.
Gary was a lifelong supporter of St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation there in Gary's honor.
