He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hilburn and Eddie V. Williams; and his brothers, Jimmy and Larry Hilburn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hilburn; and his siblings, Roger, Karl Hilburn, Pam Pacheco and Kathy Delaney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jourdanton City Cemetery (305 Waltom Ave, Jourdanton, TX 78026).
