He was predeceased by: his father Luciano Thomas Pacheco III; his grandparents, Luciano Thomas Pacheco Jr. (Celia), Willie C. Arguijo (Mary Luisa) and Paula Mireles; his great-grandparent Rusela Chapa; his uncle David Martinez (Denise); and his aunt Sylvia Arguijo Torres.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Thomas Pacheco and Maddison Pacheco; his mother Rosario "Rosie" Pacheco (Arguijo); his sisters, Jeanette Pacheco (Luis Hernandez), Sarah Pacheco and Raquel Pacheco; his nephew Luciano Hernandez; and his niece Taylen Worthey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
