He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Sibyl (Evans) and Earl Phillips; and his brothers, Dillard Phillips and Joe Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Phillips (Mann); his children, Kevin Phillips (Trevelyn) of White Oak and Kay Robinson (Dean) of Fairfield, Texas; his grandchildren, Kari, Megan, Jeff and Micah; his great grandchildren, Kynlee, Jaxden and Tatum; and his sisters, Joyce Spradlin (Buster) of Carrollton and Jestine Calame (Starley) of Tehuacana, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
