He is survived by: his wife Minnie Hooker; his daughters, Kim Kirk (Regan) and Teresa Barnett (Jesse); his grandchildren, Raley Kirk, Zachary Westbrook, Nathan Westbrook and Mason Barnett; his brothers, Ray Hooker and Jesse Hooker (Celia); and his uncle Damon Doss (Artie).
