He is survived by: his wife Shelia Whitlock; his son Corey Whitlock (Martha); his grandchildren, Amelia, Charlotte and Carl of Colorado Springs, CO; his children, Ethan Whitlock of Junction and Mikayla Whitlock of Junction; his stepdaughter Karen Coursey (Billy); his stepgrandchildren, Zaine, Jaxton, Brice, Braydon and Billy Jr. of Junction; and his siblings, Fay Mouser of Cottageville, SC, Leonard Whitlock and Bobby Whitlock of Junction. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
