He is survived by: his parents, Philip Smith and Dana Smith; his grandparents, Charles, Linda McSwain, Donna Sue Cypert and Denise Smith; his aunts and uncles, Lorin Smith Ostinelli (Hayden Ostinelli), Kyle Smith (Teresa Smith) and Chris McSwain (Robin McSwain); his cousins, Owen Smith, Kylee Smith, Clara Ostinelli, Madelyn Ostinelli, Corbin McSwain and Savannah McSwain; and his great-grandparent Donna Cypert. He is also survived by numerous other great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
