We are sad to announce that, on January 15, 2026, at the age of 91, Billy Joe Dyer in Katy, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Dyer and Elma Dyer; his wife Betty Dyer; and his siblings, Gerald Dyer and Rosalie Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Cannon (Mark), Richard Dyer (Tricia) and Larry Dyer (Belinda); and his grandchildren, Michelle Waltmon (Kelly), Christina Cannon, Amber Dyer, Craig Bernal (Bianca), Michael Dyer (Crystal), Stephen Dyer (April) and Zechariah Dyer (Victoria). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org) and Lupus Foundation.
