He was predeceased by: his parents, Bentley Usey, Sr. and Carolyn "Connie" Usey; and his brother Bentley Usey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Usey; his children, Darby J. Usey, Jr. (Tara) and Kelli Hotz (Darryl); his grandchildren, Darby J. Usey III, Torrie Usey, Lexie Usey, Dylan Hotz and Kaden Hotz; his sisters, Lisa Usey Majorie and Rachel Simmons; his sister-in-law Melinda Usey; and his siblings' children, Chad Usey, Cory Boudreaux, Michael Simmons, Jr., Morgan Simmons and Meagan Simmons.
