He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Adams and Marion Adams; and his wife Betty Lou. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Kelley, Daniel Polyak, Stacey Adams, Debbie Adams and Aimee Adams. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
