“Frank and I shared the experience of US Navy service. We also shared working at MW Kellogg and KBR including work together during our overseas assignment in Perth WA along with at the Houston office. Frank and Carrie were welcoming dinner hosts for many Thursday evening dinners at their home in Katy. Frank almost always was in good humor and a very caring person. I hope this new journey sends him off in calm seas. He was a good man. Jim (and Suzanne) Sievert”
