He was predeceased by : his parents, Aaron Weaver and Ruby Woods Weaver; his wife Helen Louise Weaver; his son David Lynn Weaver; and his sister Katie Jo Weaver.

He is survived by : his daughter Melody McGuire (Jim); his siblings, Madeline McFarlin (Jim Murphy) and Robert Weaver (Rebecca); his daughter-in-law Mildred Weaver; his grandchildren, Justin Weaver (Paige), Sarah Iraggi (Kevin) and Drake Finley; and his great grandchildren, Julia Weaver, Nickelas Weaver, Kara Iraggi and Mary Iraggi.
