With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Marie Stavinoha of Katy, Texas, born in Covington, Texas, who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 55. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jan Marie Stavinoha to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her father John W. (Jack); her brother Brian Christopher Casto; and her parents-in-law, Marcus Stavinoha and Dolores Stavinoha. She is survived by : her husband Doug Stavinoha; her children, Will and Dana; her mother Laura Marlene Casto of Oak Island, NC; her siblings, Greg Casto (Jakey) and Lisa Malcom (Mike) of Oak Island, NC; her brother-in-law Mark Stavinoha (Terry) of Cypress, TX; and her nieces and nephews, Mitch Casto (Meghan) of Sharpsburg, MD, Matt Casto of Montclair, NJ, Kristin Wyatt of Tampa, FL and Megan Stavinoha of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family and close friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (625 Nottingham Oaks Trail, Houston, TX 77079). A reception will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jan's honor to the American Cancer Society or the charitable organization of your choice.
