He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bolden Brewer and Marcia Jane Ramsey (Brewer); his sister Verna Jean Brewer (Dobbs); his brothers-in-law, Ramon Harbin and Wayne Dobbs; and his grandson Riley Owen Patterson.
He is survived by: his uncles, Melvin Brewer and Owen Brewer; his aunt Nellie Pauline "Polly" Brewer (Palmer); his daughters, Jennifer Lynne "Jenny" Brewer (Trevino) and Rebecca Lee "Becca" Brewer (Patterson); his grandchildren, Jackson Ilya Patterson and Polly Yana Patterson; his friends, Patsy and Allen Womack; his wife Virginia Lynne Tibbs; his children-in-law, Michael Paul Patterson and Graciela Daria "Gracie" Trevino; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Wayne Tibbs, Patricia Ann "Patty" Reagan (Tibbs) and Nancy Gayle Tibbs (Harbin); his sister Janet Sue "Susie" Brewer (Albert); his brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Albert, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Kay Ann Dobbs (Cruz), Stephen Dobbs, Tara Denise Tibbs (Alexander), Lisa Kaye Harbin (Hart), Todd Michael Tibbs and Charles "Charlie" Albert III; Shawn (Wokaty) and Thomas Womack.
