She is survived by: her husband Kazimierz Edmund Skrzypczak; her children, Zofia Lombardi (Peter Lombardi) and Dr. Cedric Spak (Shelby Spak); her stepson Witold Skrzypczak; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Havard, Cecilia Lombardi, Angelica Havard, John Paul Spak, Joseph Spak, Philip Havard and Eva Spak.
