He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Austin Jr. and Denice Austin; and his brother Rene Austin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rose Austin; his daughter Michelle Austin Clark; his son-in-law Sam Clark; his grandsons, Dorian Clark and Gavin Clark; his siblings, Dorothy Nelson, C'Ann Sang (Bill Sang) and Louis Austin (Rosalinda Austin); and his nephew Stephen Nelson (Erin Nelson). He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Schmidt Funeral Home (1344 W Grand Pkwy S, Katy, TX 77494). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
