He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lupe Carrillo; his daughters, Lisa and Diana; his siblings, Carlos Carrillo, Rose Ann Figueroa and Carmen Carrillo; his parents, Jose Carrillo and Eugenia Islas; and his son Ray Jr. On. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
