Ricky leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ricky’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ricky will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Gayhart and Kenneth Gayhart; his grandson Aiden Skinner; his children, Amy Skinner (Zane), Richard Sullivan (Myra) and Kristina Sullivan; his grandson Emmett Sullivan; his wife Susan Krull; and his siblings, Denise Winton, Debbie Woliver and Jerry Gayhart.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schmidt Funeral Home (1344 W Grand Pkwy S, Katy, TX 77494). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
