He was predeceased by: his parents, Hester Ray and Rosalyn Mitchell Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Kohlmaier Bishop; his children, Marianne Turner (Brett) and Andy Bishop; his grandchildren, Jon Steininger-Forbes (Courtney), Robin Turner, Rebecca Bishop and Kaila Bishop; and his sisters, Julie Schroeder (Ron) and Mary Lynne Tiner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
