He was predeceased by : his parents, John R. Gephart and Marjorie K. Gephart (Kimball); his wife Ruth F. Gephart; and his siblings, Smith B. Gephart, John R. Gephart Jr. and Sally Gephart Killian.

He is survived by : his daughter Jacqueline Gephart of Katy Texas; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Ames, Marilyn Gephart and John D. Killian; and also Bob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
