She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Hankey; her parents, Benjamin Franklin Brumley and Lona Agnes Lee; and her siblings, Delmar Brumley (Ethel), Alice Wold (Lew), Roy Brumley (Pearl), Irene Thompson (Louis) and Hettie Bell James (Leroy).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Hankey Turner (John); her grandson Christopher Turner; and her brother-in-law Ferrell Hankey (Friedel). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home (121 N 5th Ave, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
