He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kielman and Nona Kielman. He is survived by: his wife Norma Kielman; his daughters, Janice Silva (John) and Penny Okeke (Ifeanyi); and his grandchildren, Garrett Bullard, Jonathan Bullard, Ashton Smithhart and Amanda Osborne. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
