She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Moore and Sara Moore; her husband John Robert Welch; and her brother William Anthony Moore. She is survived by : her daughters, Marianne Welch of Katy and Toni (Randy Black); her grandsons, Heath Smith (Carli) of Katy and Jonathan Garcia of Salt Lake, Utah; and her great grandchildren, Ian Smith and Delaney Smith. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
