Though Scott may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Scott touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edgar Basel Foster and Kathryn Mae Foster; and his aunt Carolyn Spradlin. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Tomer; his children, April Tomer and Foster Tomer; his mother Janice Mosley; and his brothers, Wayne Alford and Troy Alford.
For those who wish to honor Scott's memory, donations may be made in his honor to the American Heart Association or a local youth coding initiative, in recognition of his lifelong love of technology and learning.
