He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Garrett Williams and Captain Robert Jay Williams; his former wife Mary Kay; his children, Robin McKinzie (Chris) of Lakeway, TX and Stephen Williams (Kadee) of Mansfield, TX; his grandchildren, Carson, Kate and Addison; and his siblings, Sue Breit, Bob, Jack and Rick Williams. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
